Here I have listed our basic options-

Rent to Own is a 30% down payment of USD$6,000 with a 12 month Payment plan for the remaining USD$14,000, you can pay it off at any time.

Buying your tiny home out right is USD$20,000. 50 percent to be paid at the time of contract signing, and the balance at pick up. You are responsible for moving your tiny home.

Investment- Purchase 2 or More Homes and keep it on our property, and we’ll manage it for you with a maintenance fee. You can rent them out yourself and send in your own guests. Your options may vary depending on the lifestyle you wish to achieve.

Customize and design your tiny home, we’ll discuss your design and we will build it to suit you, keep in mind they have to transported so they can't be too big.

We do not offer refunds but you can ask for extension for payments and/or pickups

All transactions will be completed with contracts
